HOMAGE TO THE BIG FROMAGE
At one of our original Blood Shot Supper Clubs, the chosen theme was Homage to the Big Fromage. On the menu the chefs paid homage to a dish or chef that inspired their career. As a love letter to our industry, we are bringing Homage to the Big Fromage to our little corner of Brixton Village on one Sunday evening each month. We have a serious line-up of industry legends who will takeover our kitchen and cook the dish that inspired them the most.
Robin will kick off proceedings on Sunday the 18th September with Anjou Squab pigeon, wood fired beetroot, game toast, wild mushrooms and truffle, an ode to the legendary Robert Reid from his time at The Oak Room Marco Pierre White.
Bookings are now open through the link below, priced at £24 pp which includes the pigeon dish to share between two. We will also have some of our signature Bottle + Rye dishes available on the night alongside wines and cocktails all set to the backdrop of vintage disco beats under our disco ball!
