Every Tuesday from the 25th November, the Fontella boys will host a special Supper Club series, each week exploring a different theme and welcoming talented guests chefs into the kitchen. Expect one-off menus, creative collaborations and a proper night of good food and wine.

SOIREE FRANCAISE WITH JAMES MAYNARD
Born and raised in London, James discovered his love for cooking at 18 while studying Business Management in Brighton. After cutting his teeth in some of Brighton's busiest cafes and restaurants, he returned home to pursue a career in fine dining.
'Post-pandemic, James joined the Michelin-starred Chez Bruce, before heading east London to explore new flavours and techniques at Casa Fofo in Hackney and Cycene at the Blue Mountain School. More recently, he's been part of Robin Gill's team at Darby's Bakery, perfecting the art of bread and viennoiserie.

On Monday 2nd December, James will take over Bottle+Rye for a French-inspired supper club alongside the Fontella boys, a night celebrating creativity, craft, and a shared love of good food and wine.
