 BOTTLE+RYE x FONTELLA SUPPER CLUB SERIES

 

Every Tuesday the Fontella boys will host a special Supper Club series, each week exploring a different theme and welcoming talented guests chefs into the kitchen. Expect one-off menus, creative collaborations and a proper night of good food and wine.

 NIGHT 1 - 25TH NOVEMBER

 SOUTH AMERICAN NIGHT WITH FABIO MAGALHAES

 Hailing from Sao Paulo, Fabio Magalhaes is joining us for a one night at Bottle+Rye, to head up a South American themed evening to launch the Fontella Supper Club series this winter. â€‹â€‹â€‹

Fabio has spent the last few years honing the cooking techniques he grew up with whilst working in some of the capital very best live fire and modern European restaurants including Sabor and Brat.

The menu will showcase some of his favourites South American dishes and bold flavours while staying in keeping with the style the Fontella boys have carved out at Bottle+Rye during their residency. 

Both James and George have worked with Fabio previously, including at Lita, which was awarded its fist Michelin star earlier this year. The boys have since continued their friendship exploring some of the capital top restaurants together. It promises to be a proper fiesta!
